Mega Arbok

I have to explain mega Arbok's design before people get confuse and question it but I'll do the best I can. When making Mega Arbok I couldn't help that his mega evolution should be based of a king cobra and that's the theme that mega Arbok runs on. The tuff of fur is the kind that kings back in the 1600's would wear the gold plated ekans with the spear blade on its tail and its gold teeth represents fortune and yes it has a Gengar's face on its chest representing maliciousness plus it goes well with the typing of that Gengar and Arbok are poison types. A new Mega evolution that increase the attack special attack and speed of Arbok Poison/Dragon

Mega Arbok gets a new ability: Cobra Strike= Powers up the moves of poison attacks

Power: 90
Acc: 100%
PP: 20
Description: 5% Chance to Poison. Hits Steel Types with x1.2 Damage. Steel Type pokemon hit by this move have a 30% chance to have their Def and Sp. Def lowered by 1 Stage.
